We booked Emilys Pet Services at a very short notice. Emily was very accommodating and made everything so easy for us...Meet and Greet was done very professionally and a special thank you to Lowri who took great care with our dog Finn. We would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them .....Thank you

Emily stepped in within a couple of days notice to come in daily to feed and give medication to our elderly cat so we could enjoy a weeks break. Now our old cat is very messy and Emily happily cleared up/hoovering and washing up and generally going over and above expectations. The cat was happy to receive lots of fuss also. Would not hesitate to use again. Can highly recommend her services. Thanks Emily

Emily looked after my cat , Pickles.
Emily was great with her, especially as pickles can be temperamental. I would thoroughly recommend Emily to look after your pets as she is caring and also plenty of experience.

Emily was recommended to me by my hairdresser and what I found was a pot of gold. What a lovely lady, so kind and reliable. Emily looked after our 3 dogs, 2 of which need medication, a cat and a parrot. I trust her immensely. It was so hard to find a pet sitter who actually stayed with the pets and didn't go off walking other dogs. I felt relaxed whilst we were away knowing that my pets were looked after properly, also had photos and updates. Thank you Emily,

WOW!! What a great relief to find someone who is totally reliable and really does look after one's dogs so well. When we returned from a 3 day break recently I don't think our 7 dogs had really missed us!!!...THEY ALL LOVED HER!!!!
Having had several total disasters with other so-called 'dog sitters' it has been an absolute blessing to find Emily. Perhaps I shouldn't give her such a glowing reference as I might not be able to book her again if she gets too busy!!!Ha Ha.
Am now planning several trips and have already booked her for next November.
You will go a very long way to find anyone as good (if you can!!) and I can give her a 5 star recommendation.

Emily looked after our lively cocker spaniel and our British blue this summer. We had 2 perfect weeks away where we felt relaxed. The photo updates also reassured us. The pets were so well looked after and we returned to them very relaxed and happy. I would highly recommend Emily. The house and garden were also was well looked after. We've booked Emily in again for our next trip. Thank you so much.

This is the first time we've used Emily for our golden retriever and reptiles and we've already booked her in for next year. So impressed with everything from start to finish! We booked with quite short notice and Emily was so helpful and made things super easy and stress free. We were kept up to date with how the animals were doing through the weekend and felt completly relaxed knowing our girl was having the best time. Thank you again Emily

Peace of mind leaving my 2 dogs with Emily, they are a handful at the best of times. Walked and fed them separately as we asked, along with other needs to keep them happy whilst we were away. As Emily is an ex dog trainer she was well experienced to handle them and the challenges I experience on a day to day basis. This was the first time we got to go away since we've had them, and felt really happy that they were able to stay in their own home and have their usual routine.
The house was clean and tidy upon our return, and the dogs were fine.
Would not hesitate to recommend Emily, she is very professional too.

I’ve known Emily as a very capable dog trainer for almost 16 years so was delighted to hear she had started up a pet sitting service. She looked after my 2 dogs for a week in May - I had complete peace of mind that they were well looked after from start to finish. We were regularly in touch both before and during the sit. She managed the very different needs of my boisterous 2-year old and slightly crazy 15-year old fantastically, walking them separately and administering meds for the older dog. The house was also beautifully tidy when we returned and, huge bonus, she also cut the grass. I will definitely book Emily again!

So pleased to have found Emily to look after our dog whilst away. Felt totally safe leaving our pet with Emily, and received pictures and updates whilst away. I’ll definitely be booking with Emily again and have peace of mind we can go away and happy that our house and Ronnie are well looked after.
